Refund Policy

Trials

New subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial (where advertised). You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges. Trial access begins immediately once checkout is completed.

Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting support before the next renewal date.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Future renewals are stopped automatically.

Refunds

Because the indicators are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, charges that have already been processed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

In exceptional cases (for example, duplicate charges or technical issues that prevented access), we may consider a discretionary refund at our sole discretion. We may request relevant details or screenshots to investigate.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method only. The processing time depends on your bank or card issuer but is typically 5–10 business days after we confirm the refund.

Regional Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region. Where local law provides additional protections, those will apply.
