1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security issue.

TradingView access to indicators is granted to the TradingView username you provide during signup or via your account area. You are responsible for ensuring this is correct.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Our indicators are provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or yearly, unless otherwise stated). By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Licence & Use of Indicators

While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the indicators for your own personal or internal business trading activities on TradingView.

• No redistribution, reselling or rebranding of our indicators.
• No sharing of invite-only access with other users.
• No reverse engineering, copying or cloning of the scripts.

5. Educational Purpose

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.

6. Prohibited Behaviour

You agree not to misuse the Services, including (without limitation) by:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts.
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Services.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are otherwise misusing the Services. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any indicator, strategy or setup will be profitable or suitable for your circumstances.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period, except where such limitation is not allowed by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
