These Terms govern your use of A & K Pro Trader's products and services ("Service"). By accessing, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies: Privacy, Risks, Disclosures, and Refund Policy.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service via TradingView indicators for the subscribed term. Access is granted to your TradingView username. Except when permitted by law, you may not sublicense, sell, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code. We may require login credentials to verify your account. Changing the associated TradingView username may require funds or private personalized recommendations from an Investment adviser and/or broker/trade platforms, host customers funds, or provide personalized recommendations.
We may use cookies/analytics to understand usage and improve performance. See our Cookie Policy for details and options. Subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices or features with reasonable notice; any changes apply on the next billing cycle after notice. You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to harass, harm, or defame others, or to violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. No unauthorized sharing. See Disclosures and Trademarks.
Our content is for educational/informational purposes only and not financial advice. Trading involves significant risk of loss. See Risk Disclosure and Performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service. In the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, the amount is limited to fees paid for the Service.
Report incidents or abuse regarding unauthorized sharing, IP concerns, or policy violations via Contact. Provide your account details. TradingView username, and relevant details so we can investigate.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract. Access may be restricted where prohibited by law or platform terms. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and for the accuracy of the TradingView username you provide.
We may update features, pricing, or terms at any time with notice. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email where practicable. Continue use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or legal/technical issues. You can cancel anytime; access terminates at the end of the current paid term.
